Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Dedicated, Professional: We are so happy with Samantha Dardano. When our rental home became vacant, we decided we would try to sell it. We live over a thousand miles away so we thought we would need to make the trip to Colorado – we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was done without us setting foot in Colorado. We contacted Samantha and she quickly provided market information and, in less than four days, all the paperwork was done, the house was staged, professional pictures taken, multiple media marketing created, and the home was on the market. Samantha’s team had an open house on Saturday. There were well over 200 showings that weekend and multiple offers. Samantha kept us informed as she screened all the offers and fielded all the agent calls. With Samantha’s guidance, we ultimately chose an offer that would be best for us and the neighborhood. Sam did a fantastic job selling our home and also helping us find a new one. This was the first time I had bought/sold homes where I truly felt like I was part of the process and understood everything that was going on. (My other homes were bought and sold before the internet was a big part of it.) One of the things I learned was besides showing us homes, Sam really knows her stuff, i.e. contracts, disclosures, etc. She also made sure we did everything we needed to do to sell our home as quick as possible. Samantha and her team were great in helping me sell a difficult property that had been severely damaged by fire. The property belonged to my mother who did not survive and as such the whole process was incredibly heartbreaking and difficult for me. I required quite a bit of nudging and follow-up as I live out of the state from where the property is located and because of the emotional nature of the circumstance. Samantha and her team were aware and treated me with the utmost care and patience. They are efficient, quick and thorough and I was able to do everything online which saved me the expense of traveling back and forth. They also did so much of the heavy lifting (including working with the estate attorney) to get the property sold and settled and I’m incredibly appreciative and immensely grateful they helped me close this particular chapter. Not all home sales are this traumatic or difficult but should you need help with a non-traditional home sale (or even just a regular one), I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Samantha!
